Privacy Policy

Beta · last updated July 2026

Pulse is operated by AI TRANSMIT LTD (“we”, “us”) and is in beta. This provisional policy explains what we collect and why. We aim to collect only what’s needed to run the service.

What we collect

Your name and email, a hashed password, your workspace settings, and the time entries you log (dates, durations, categories, tools, and notes you add).

How we use it

To authenticate you, run your workspace, and send transactional email — account verification and team invites — via our email provider (Resend).

AI insights

When you view an AI period summary, a condensed view of that period’s entries is sent to a model provider (Anthropic Claude, via the Vercel AI Gateway) to generate the summary. If no model is available, a local heuristic is used instead. Your data isn’t used to train models.

Storage

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase). Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes; API tokens and OAuth secrets are stored only as hashes.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. Within your workspace, an admin can view members’ timesheets. We share data with the infrastructure providers above solely to operate the service.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can request export or deletion of your workspace’s data. Deleting a workspace removes its members, entries, and related records.
