Pulse is built by a small team, and we read everything that arrives. The fastest way to reach us about anything at all is email.
Prefer your own mail client? Write to pulse@transmit.work. Either way, including your workspace name and — where relevant — the date of the entry involved helps us get to an answer faster.
Support and bug reports
Something broken, confusing, or missing? Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. If an agent logged something odd through MCP, the entry description and the tool that wrote it are the two most useful details.
Billing and refunds
Pulse is free while in beta, so there is nothing to bill yet. When pricing does start, questions and refund requests go to the same address — see our Refund Policy.
Privacy and your data
You can export your whole timesheet as JSON or delete every entry yourself from your own timesheet, without asking us. For anything else covered by our Privacy Policy — access, correction, or deletion requests — write to us and we’ll handle it.
Before you write
Setup questions, API tokens, and connecting Claude Code or the claude.ai connector are covered in the Help documentation. If it isn’t answered there, that’s a gap in our docs and we’d like to hear about it.
