Pulse is operated by AI TRANSMIT LTD (“we”, “us”). Pulse is an early-stage beta. These provisional terms describe how you may use it. By creating an account you agree to them. They will be revised before general availability.

1. Beta service

The service is provided “as is” during beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and there is no uptime or support guarantee. Don’t rely on it as the sole record for anything critical — keep your own backups of important data.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Each sign-up creates its own workspace, with the registrant as its admin; teammates join by invite.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt it, or access data belonging to workspaces you aren’t a member of.

4. Your data

You own the time entries and workspace content you create. We process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can request export or deletion of your workspace’s data.

5. No warranty; limited liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from beta use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
